Moses’ is a co-founder and currently the CEO of East Africa Speakers Bureau. He is also a lecturer in the University of Dar es Salaam, Department of Sociology and Anthropology. He is a founding partner of Zenith Foundation and a board member of Eldotech Corp.
His career is diverse ranging from an entrepreneur, a corporate executive and an academician. His professional experience is equally rich involving research, consultancy and training. Moses has a background in Organizational Development, Sociology and Anthropology. Overtime; he has merged the three professions to come up with a unique blend of technical insight necessary for organizations, institutions and professionals in transiting economies. He is very adept in leadership and management training for leaders and professionals in modern economies especially in Africa. He is also skilled trainer, seasoned facilitator, and an inspirational speaker, specializing in changing deep seated, structurally determined perceptions and ways of life in social and professional settings.

Moses has a passion for institutional analysis and strengthening and for the past four years he has developed an interest in the institutional analysis, strengthening and development. Of particular interest is his discovery of the power of personality and personality branding in bringing change and promoting organizational success, something which he has incorporated in his philosophy of developing leadership qualities in public life and in the private sector. Moses also has diverse academic and field experience in applied research and has been variously involved in program designing for social and human development discourses, program management, monitoring and evaluation, for especially development intervention. With this background, Moses has acquired vast experience in issues of public-private partnerships and management of non-profit organizations, as well as project and program designing, for grassroots development and social change
