On behalf of the advisory board and partners of the Tanzania Entrepreneur of the Year Awards (TEYA Awards) the secretariat is pleased to inform the public that the nominations process for the Tanzania Entrepreneur of the Year Awards 2011 commenced formally on the 29th of March 2011 and now open for receiving applications and all entrepreneurs across Tanzania are urged to apply.
These awards intends to honor entrepreneurial excellence in the Tanzania, to celebrate the dynamic individuals who are building the future of our nation, and to acknowledge leaders of tomorrow’s marketplace, whose entrepreneurship have seized unique challenges, overcame them, and turned them into catalysts growth opportunities for moving forward. These individuals are central to the progress of our nation and our economy and are our primary practical hope of changing the lives of each and every Tanzanian for better.
Applicants and all interested parties are informed that application for nominations closes on Friday, 30th July 2011; short listing is expected to be finalized on the 31st August 2011 and finalists will be notifiedby 15th October 2011 and the dinner gala and award presentations scheduled for November 2011.
Ernst & Young, a leading and distinguished corporate consultancy firm will conduct the evaluation of applications, rank and recommend finalists of the awards in all categories.
