You can determine the future of a nation by looking at the youth; their priorities, their choices, the way they think and the way they do things. We at the Leadership and Lifestyle Forum (LLF) believe in the potential of young people to make a difference.

We believe that young people have the potential to assume leadership roles at their communities; be it school or workplace. Together, we work to promote their talents and cultivate their leadership potential for them to become agents and ambassadors of change for a better world.

We do this by engaging youth and young professionals in community service and knowledge based initiatives which aim at improving their life skills for social and career development. One amongst these initiatives is the Leadership and Lifestyle Forum.

About the Forum

Leadership and Lifestyle Forum is a monthly platform that connects individuals from diverse backgrounds for the purpose of sharing ideas and experiences on matters that can make our social, business and career life better. Since it began in 2008, the forum has attracted members from all works of life including students, entrepreneurs, community leaders, corporate executives and other professionals.

The forum is being guided by the universal values of love, hope, passion, compassion, commitment, courage, goodwill, helping hand, honest, responsibility, accountability, giving back, courage, team work, integrity, caring, sincerity, inspiration, authenticity, empathy and sharing. We embrace and promote these values.

We believe in the importance of these values to a generation of new leaders at the community and national level across Africa and the world at large.

Our Objectives

Every forum presents the theme that enables members to learn from one another and share their life experiences. Each theme is designed to touch various aspects of life ranging from family life to workplace efficiency.

With the themes, we ask our top class speakers to develop topics which could provoke thinking amongst the LLF members for them to reflect more on areas that matters most for us to affect change for ourselves, our communities and the world at large.

Since we started, the forum has addressed various issues pertaining to career development, community leadership, value systems, visionary leadership, creative thinking, entrepreneurship, personal vision, and issues in marriage, relationships and many more.
