EASB supports communities, organizations, institutions and individuals who bring innovative solutions to existing problems in their communities. We offer moral, material and financial support to support causes that are geared towards saving and improving lives in rural and urban areas.

Through Betterlife Foundation, we run and manage various developmental initiatives targeting the marginalised and unpriviledged groups including women, out of school youth, inmates and students in schools and colleges. The foundation offers legal Aid and counselling services to inmates, teachers growth programs, ICT education to secondary school teachers and mobilises volunteers for educational and health centers in rural areas.

In promoting the spirit of community service and corporate social responsibility, the foundation organises various programs that promotes social entrepreneurship and CSR including the Social Entrepreneurship Conference as well as the training sessions on CSR for firms in the extractive  industry.
