ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
This is a two day conference scheduled for 25th & 26th August, 2011. We are delighted to invite the HR Executives and Managers to participate for the same. The theme for this HR Conference 2011 is “RECRUITMENT, DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT OF PERSONNEL IN THE FREE MARKET ECONOMY”
OBJECTIVES OF THE CONFERENCE
Some of the key objectives of the summit includes, empowering HR Executives and Managers for more effective and efficient performance and for taking a lead in nurturing high performing organizations; Providing HR Executives and Managers with pertinent contemporary information and knowledge which is key in their in their particular portfolios; Providing an East Africa Human Resources Network and Platform; Linking HR personnel with companies, organizations, institutions and other entities who have a stakeholders interest with HR personnel and providing training institutions and other stakeholders an opportunity for feedback and recommendations from the HR point of view and experience. v. To come up with practical recommendations that will lead and govern East African governments in short and long term plans to human capital development
vi. To examine the role ICT plays in promoting the competences of human resource in East Africa.
